Internal Audit as a Service.
Internal audits are often uncomfortable in-house - or nobody is detached enough from the system to run them cleanly. I audit against QM standards and surface the room for improvement.

Who it's for
Companies that can't or shouldn't run internal audits themselves - for example, because the QM role has been too deeply part of the system.
Typical workflow
- Preparation: audit plan, topics, samples, scheduling with each area.
- On-site audit: 1 to 3 days, real conversations - not just paging through binders.
- Audit report: short, clear, with concrete findings and improvement potential.
- Follow-up on actions - on request, through to the next audit.
Time horizon
Preparation about 1 week. On-site audit 1 to 3 days. Report within about one week after.
Not included
Certification audits - those are run by an accredited certification body. We deliver the honest internal audit that survives a certification audit.
